Our story began on a picturesque banana and sugar cane farm on the tropical north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. What started as a small side-line business has evolved into a company with a climate-controlled frozen food manufacturing and cold storage facility.

The Frozen Brands management team has a combined 25 years experience in the food production, logistics and distribution sectors. Our combined experience allows us to operate an efficient, food safe certified, world class manufacturing, cold storage and distribution facility.
Creagh founded Frozen Brands back in 2018, so it's safe to say that we wouldn't be where we are today without him! Creagh holds a BComm degree and MBA cum lauda from the Thunderbird Business School University in Arizona, USA. He's known as the coffee snob in the office and starts every morning off with a good cuppa. On the weekends, Creagh enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family. His favourite quote is a true testament to his outstanding leadership: "You don't learn to walk by following rules. You learn by doing, and by falling over." - Richard Branson
Blake, also known as The Bank Manager, has been part of Frozen Brands since 2019. His qualifications include a CA(SA) and being a neat freak! Blake is motivated by seeing the results of hard work and a constantly evolving world with new challenges to overcome each day. He enjoys being active and spends his free time running, playing golf, doing water sports and spending quality time with his family. We think his favourite quote pretty much sums him up: "Be like a duck. Remain calm on the surface and paddle like crazy underneath."
Leanne is our number cruncher here at Frozen Brands. She is motivated by working as a team to achieve success, which we are all about! When Leanne is not busy working her magic on our numbers, you'll find her enjoying time outdoors with her family and three kids. Leanne lives by this beautiful quote by C.S. Lewis: "You can't go back to the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending."
Gary Symington, also known as “Mr Fix It,” is the Operations Manager at Frozen Brands and has been with the team for six months. With an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, he’s known for his can-do attitude and for always making sure the admin team stays warm. A proud dad of a pigeon pair, Gary enjoys weekends spent on the side of the sports field with family, friends, and good food. Motivated by quality time with loved ones, he admires SA athlete Gerda Steyn and lives by the quote, “Happiness depends on ourselves.”
Meet Susan Thomas, our meticulous Bookkeeper, affectionately known as Suzie, the coffee connoisseur. Suzie ensures our financials are as precise as her perfect brew. Weekends find her cherishing family time, with three children and three grandchildren. Suzie embraces life's highs and lows with a motivating mantra and enjoys Formula One, favoring Max Verstappen. She lives by the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."With Suzie, our numbers are in order, and excellence is brewed in every cup.
Azania Holmes, known as Zanie, Zania, or just “Z,” is our vibrant Accounts and Administration Assistant who joined us in 2025. A proud graduate of the “School of Life,” she brings heart, humour, and a love for all things furry to the office. When she’s not catching up with friends or gardening to a retro soundtrack of 60s and 70s hits (sorry, neighbours!), she’s doting on her four dogs and two cats or enjoying nearby country trails. Passionate about helping others-especially animal rescue centres -Z is motivated by kindness, growth, and living authentically. Her motto? "Be yourself – everyone else is already taken."
Lunga, also known in the office as cupcake, is our incredibly talented Food Safety Administrator. Thanks to Lunga's expertise, with a BTech in Food and Nutrition Consumer Science, you know you are in safe hands when consuming our products. When she's not working, Lunga enjoys spending time enjoying a picnic or braai with her friends and family, including her son and her daughter. She also happens to be one of Serena Williams' biggest fans!
Hannah Naicker, affectionately known as “Hannah Montana” in the office, is our enthusiastic Distribution and Logistics Co-Ordinator who joined Frozen Brands in 2025. With a certificate in supply chain management and currently studying clearing and forwarding, Hannah brings focus and fresh energy to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, beach walks, and movie nights. Motivated by a desire to live out her purpose and be a positive influence, she finds inspiration in the words of Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” Her favourite local sports hero? The ever-inspiring Siya Kolisi.
Thandieh Maganga, known as “Nduna” around the office, is our dedicated Production Supervisor who’s been a key part of the Frozen Brands team for five years. Known for pushing hard and getting the job done, Thandieh leads with determination and purpose. When she’s not at work, she enjoys relaxing with friends and spending quality time with her son. She’s motivated by the satisfaction of a job well done and finds inspiration in the resilience captured by her favourite quote from Nelson Mandela: “Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.” Her favourite South African sportswoman? The powerful and trailblazing Caster Semenya.
